Working in harmony with the land, our approach prioritizes soil regeneration throughout the property. 5 acres of farmland will be preserved – 3 of those will be preserved for agricultural use and
dedicated organic farming.

Mindful stewardship of this land includes open space preservation, native plant restoration and cultivation, regenerative farming, protection of the harbor seal rookery, and more. We designed this project to honor the land itself, generations of Carpinterians and the traditional and ancestral stewards of the land, the Barbareño and Ventureño Chumash.
